We are looking for a young process analyst to be included in the Strategy & Innovation Advisory area for the Organization, Business Process Management, and Project Management functions. The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative, informal but professional context. It will work together with our professionals in projects of transformation, reorganization of integration, supporting the clinicians in their growth path and helping them to become increasingly competitive.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in
- Computer Engineering
- Management Engineering
Other study paths will be evaluated during the selection process.
Required Expertise:
Skills in design and process analysis (BPM, BPA)
Process reengineering skills (BPR)
Design and organizational redesign (organization charts, roles review, responsibility perimeters, procedures)
Strong analytical skills
Optional Competence (Plus):
Workflow Design systems usage;
Knowledge (and use) of Process Mining tools/platforms;
Other Characteristics:
Good analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
Curiosity, sensitivity, passion for technologies and digital media.
Reliability, proactivity, ability to work in a team.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of written and oral English.
